The order matters. Foundation before volume, every time.

STEP 01

Audit before sending

Domain health, DNS records, list quality, and the offer itself. If the foundation is weak, volume only makes it worse.

STEP 02

Build the foundation

Authentication in place, tracking domains set, mailboxes warmed gradually, and sending limits kept human.

STEP 03

Write for a reply

Research the person, say one thing clearly, and make replying easy. No links or pricing where a conversation should come first.

STEP 04

Watch, learn, adjust

Replies, bounces, and opt-outs are read properly. Follow-ups go to the people who did not reply, in the same thread, and then stop.
